André Melo
André Alberto de Sousa Melo graduated in Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon (Portugal), and completed a Ph.D. in Theoretical Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto (Portugal). Since 1999, he has been an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at the University of Porto (Faculty of Sciences), where he supervises three PhD students. His research interests include Theoretical Chemistry, Molecular Interactions, Energy Partitioning, Materials and Ionic Liquids. André Melo is the co-author of more than 50 scientific papers.
